After School Clubs - TERMS 5 and 6

We have been in touch with the organisers of the individual After School Clubs and can now give you information about what clubs will be running in terms 5 and 6. Please click here for the letter summarising all that's on offer.

From now on, the clubs will be confirmed to run for two terms at a time (parents and carers may be asked to pay for one term at a time or two terms - this is up to the individual club organisers)

If you would like your child/ren to take part, please contact and pay the organisers as soon as you conveniently can - they need to know numbers in advance to make sure the club is viable. If you wish to leave the payment at the school office, we are happy to pass these on to each Club Leader. If payment is for different clubs, please separate the money.

New Friday Club to be arranged

Apart from the two sports clubs run by Mr Miller and Mrs Rawlinson/Mrs Cox, these clubs are independent of the School. We allow them to use the school premises and ensure each organiser has DBS clearance. It is the parent/carer's responsibility to check credentials/first aid qualifications etc. On the rare occasion when a club has to be cancelled it is the club organiser who is responsible for letting parents know.

VERY IMPORTANT – Parents and Carers must inform the organisers if their child has any allergies or other health issues and must have a conversation with the organiser about their child’s needs. It is the parent/carer’s responsibility to pass on this information. Each Club Organiser gives out letters/forms to inform parents and to collect health information from parents. Copies of all the letters and permission forms are available from the school office (a stock is kept in the plastic holders in the hall).
